By signing this consent form with my virtual signature, I am stating that for Petz With a Side of Sim, read [how to get started in its entirety] as well as [made an introduction]. I understand that I can play with as little or as many petz (only cats, dogs, and wolf mixies, NO exotic or wild animals) as I would like. I understand that random events happen here that could make my registered petz sick, injured, and possibly cause their death. I recognize that death is possible in this game, and I fully agree that I will not take any random event personally that causes the sickness/injury/death of any and all petz I have registered. I understand that medical procedures can go wrong, just like in the real world, and my pet could die. I consent to follow all of the guidelines here at PSOS to the best of my ability and understand that only petz that I have registered can participate in this form.
