Upon examination on Friday, 5/16/14
Mimi presented with a pretty good amount of respiratory distress, however, Mimi's lungs sound clear, it seems to be an upper respiratory infection. Mimi's heart sounds well, no signs of murmurs. Hydration seems to be in the acceptable range and temperature read 100.9 degrees fahrenheit which is normal. Mimi is going home today with some oral antibiotics. It is recommended to bring Mimi back for a recheck exam if the symptoms to not alleviate themselves in the next few days. All should go well so long as Mimi finishes her course of antibiotics out. It is recommended to get Mimi vaccinated by scheduling a wellness apointment when she is feeling better.
